Melinda brings a richly varied background to the role. Raised in Washington D.C., she's called Colorado home for most of her life — with a college chapter in Texas along the way that gave her an easy ability to connect with people from all walks of life. That combination of city roots, mountain living, and Southern hospitality shows up in everything she does.

With deep experience in client services and customer support, Melinda handles every inquiry — big or small — with the same level of care and attention.
